Ikahba-trodding on Troddi10

Ikahba is another guy coming from the Virgin Islands reggae scene, and what's cool is that Midnite backs Ikahba on this album, so that should be something to look forward to also when hearing this album. Since Midntite is playing the music on this album, the sound comes out similar to some of the albums they have put out. Most of the songs on this album aren't out of this world, but also at the same time, they are not awful. For example, I think tracks like "Rising Angel" and "It is Written" aren't really great. On the other hand, you get great tracks like "Wha Happen to Dem" and "Dem Skylarkin". "Wha Happen to Dem" is the best track on Troddin To Zion. Not only does the track show good stuff from Ikahba, but also it shows the great musicianship Midnite is known for. An ample start for Ikahba. 5 ***** EXELLENT By Lion
